Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases of your life so it’s important to have a great real estate agent and lender behind you. A great lender should provide options for you to consider and then explain the reasons behind the options. They are your main contact throughout the mortgage process, and is someone you need to be comfortable with and confident in.
